I completely understand—it’s natural to wonder if distance might get in the way. But honestly, travel is a big part of what I do, and it’s never been an issue. In fact, it’s something I genuinely enjoy.
I’ve traveled far and wide for weddings—places like Edinburgh, Southend-on-Sea, Newport, and even the beautiful island of Kos, Greece. Every location brings something unique, and I see it as a privilege to follow your story wherever it takes me.

Do you charge for travelling?
All of my wedding photography packages include travel costs within Wales, England, and Scotland – so there are no hidden fees or surprise extras. Whether you’re tying the knot in the countryside, by the coast, or in a buzzing city, everything is covered in your package price.
For weddings in Northern Ireland and European destinations, I offer separate, all-inclusive packages – with travel and accommodation already factored in. I know how much planning goes into getting married away from home, so I keep things simple and stress-free by handling all the travel details on my end.
No matter where you say “I do,” I’ll be there – ready to capture your day with care, creativity, and no extra costs to worry about.
Are we going to have a meeting before the wedding?
Absolutely! I always schedule one or two meetings with my clients to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. First is a telephone consultation that occurs after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid; this is included with every package I offer, to allow me to introduce myself and to talk about any details regarding your wedding. The final meeting is a face-to-face consultation about a month before your wedding, typically held at your venue. This is a crucial time for us to finalize all the details, including timing and photo locations, and it’s available for clients with half-day or full-day packages. I value this meeting because it’s a fantastic opportunity for us to connect and for you to feel completely at ease with me, ensuring your special day is everything you've dreamed of.
So what happens next if we choose to decide that we want your service?
If you've chosen to use my services, you'll receive a prompt message with a link that will guide you to the necessary access. There, you can effortlessly complete the required form and familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions. Should you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email or direct message via text; I’m here to assist you promptly. After everything is finalized, I’ll ensure you receive a copy of your contract and deposit invoice, either by email or through the post—whatever suits you best. Let’s get started on this journey together!
What is your mode of payment?
Once you know I’m the right photographer for your big day, it’s time to secure your date—and I’ve made that process as simple and flexible as possible.
To officially book your wedding, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This ensures your date is reserved and no one else can book me for that day.
Here’s how it works:
💍 Half Day & Full Day Packages:
You’re welcome to split the 50% deposit into two payments:

First half of the deposit is due when the contract is signed.

Second half of the deposit is due by the end of the following month.

💐 Intimate Package:
To save the date, the full 50% deposit is required at the time of signing.
Final Balance
No matter which package you choose, the remaining balance is due at least one week before your wedding date.
This setup gives you a little more breathing room while still securing the date you’ve chosen.

Every image you receive will have minor edits, as I believe our unique imperfections enhance our beauty. If you have particular edits in mind, please don’t hesitate to share!
